BURNOUT
Dash and weave through hordes of enemy polygons, and upgrade your bullet in this fast-paced arcade action game!
In BURNOUT, you're the bullet, and you've got one shot.
Click and drag to shoot your character. Hit an enemy, and you can do it again. Miss, and you die. Destroy enough enemies, and you can upgrade a stat. This is our second ever game jam and we're really happy with how BURNOUT ended up, and we hope you are too!
Controls
Click anywhere on the screen and drag in a direction, like pulling back on a slingshot. The further you pull, the further you go.
Keys Z, X, and C are used to enhance your bullet with various upgrades.
You can use R to reset the game, but your score will not be saved.
Upgrades
As you increase your score, you get access to new upgrades that improve your abilities. These can be purchased using the Z, X, and C keys.
Z - Dash Distance: The distance you dash.
X - Time Slow: The slowdown while lining up your shot.
C - Invulnerability Time: The length of time after dashing that you are invulnerable.
Leaderboard
To save your high score to the leaderboard, write your name in the box above the leaderboard. The top ten results are displayed in-game, but your scores are being recorded no matter what your score is.
Made in three days for ScoreSpace Jam 15 with the theme 'One Bullet' and an extra challenge of 'upgrades'.

the idea is really unique, and the execution is visually impressive, i love the amount of replayability.
add sex please
yo this game is great: well thought out, simplistic, and the music is quite enjoyable as well!
wow this is addicting. great work.
Glad to hear that! Thanks for playing!
I tried downloading the game again and it worked, this game is really cool, I love it, the camera transition the particles the trials, everything is polished, this game deserves the first rank! I have one question, how were you able to make the death particles of the bullet move in a certain path around the bullet did you use unity's particles system or VFX stuff
Thank you so much, it's awesome to hear you like it! With the bullets, we did use Unity's particle system, but we passed the rotation of the enemy being killed to the particle system so it would rotate to emit particles behind them.
also I can't open the game it says access is denied
everything is cool, but how were you able to make such amount of games in a small time
To be completely honest we have no idea, we just worked on it non-stop for three days and tried to spend as little time as possible on things that aren't core mechanics, I'm just as confused as you are lol
